It's that time.  Time for you to dedicate a few hours to yourself.  I absolutely suggest you scheduling your Me Time into your planner/calender/or smart phone.
Your setting means everything.  Send all your calls to voice-mail  Turn off the T.V. Light some candles. And Pour a glass of wine *optional
Tend to your body and give it the undivided attention it deserves.  Use this time to exfoliate your skin using a body scrub.  you can put conditioner on your hair and/or add a mask; while you lay back and relax....... While you listen to music, read a book, or just unwind.

After 20 minutes, your body will feel refreshed and skin rejuvenated   Add oil to your body while wet to soak in all the moisture and wallah!
