Date-O-Rade Fruit Smoothie

I absolutely love my smoothies.  Its my way of getting most of my fruits, vegetables, and greens into my body.  When family visitis they always ask me for a smoothie :-)
After jogging with my niece we came home and fixed a date-o-rade; mixed with banannas and dates.

For myself, I'd blend 3 to four bananas with 3 to four dates.  This mixture will satisfy any sugar cravings you have.
